The first time I headed to this hotel, I was a bit surprised because to get to this hotel the road was quite uphill and not too wide. But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. If you want to find a place to stay in a quiet Batu city, away from the crowds, with a spectacular view, I recommend you to book this hotel.

Location: I booked 2 rooms triple bed, the hotel location is near the loading museum, the hotel is on the hill so you can enjoy the valley view. Right left of the hotel there are only a few pedestrian shops that sell by stone antiques, no mini market or repast around the hotel. The parking area is very large, you can park in front of our room. Room: so open the room door, separate the smoking area room and non-smoking room area, don't mix! The pool is quite large, there is a special children's pool and separate from the adult pool, but unfortunately, many guests wear ordinary clothes in the pool (not swimming suits), the hotel should have put the officers who choose not just Small writing and hanged on the changing room shutter. The hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

I visited arjuna hotel at 28 September 2019 with my family. The services of the hotel is very excellent. The room rate is very affordable. The location of the jotel is very strategic because its nearby some tourism object ie: jatim Park 1 until 3, Onsen, and Batu Night Spectacular (BNS)

Actually, I was a bit surprised to find the 3rd floor, considering the booking was impromptu. But overall I really liked it, because I got a room with a really nice view directly facing Mount Arjuno
