All of the staff at this hotel were really wonderful. They were so helpful, even from before arriving, I am really grateful to them for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I could not have asked for better or more friendly and helpful service. The hotel is right on the beach of the point break, so you can walk across to the surf - perfect. If you need to hire a bike to get around they will help you with that. They also helped me make and manage my onward travel. Delicious food and a great breakfast everyday. Comfortable bed and rooms. Very happy to recommend Java Cove if you are visiting Batukaras

Wij hadden 3 nachten geboekt,en bij aankomst viel het zwaar tegen! Geen plaats voor kleding ,geen stoel, minimale ruimte badkamer, het buitenzitje klein en geen uitzicht! De volgende dag gevraagd aan personeel of we de kamer konden ruilen, want er stond er een leeg? En de hoge treden van de trap naar boven waren voor mijn man heel lastig. En JA, na een half uurtje konden we inpakken en werd alles “ verhuisd “ ALS DIT GEEN SERVICES ISSSS !!!!!! Heel tevreden nu , het verschil is TÉ groot, en heel lief personeel ,dank jullie wel . We genieten nog 2dagen van jullie Heel veel dank voor deze service !

Great location just across the road from the surf beach. Clean well appointed room with a view of the surf. outstanding helpful and friendly staff. Very good in organising transport there and hiring a scooter.Great food and you can even get a bottle of wine here which I think is the only place in Batu karas. Great pool to cool off in and very clean. All in all just a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Batu Karas and can only recommend to stay at Java Cove Beach. The staff was always very supportive and gave good tips what to see, to visit and where to eat. Can't wait to come back. We highly recommend it :-)

its the place to be in BatuKaras. Amazing staff, really nice double rooms facing the wave and the beach. you can see sunrire from their terrace and enjoy breakfast. The swiming pool its also really nice. You can organoze the airport transfer from jakarta. We really recomend. Carmen :)

We had two weeks at Java cove after extending from our initial one week booking It is absolutely lovely and the views of the surf break are amazing The staff are amazing and thanks to Iman, Ainun, Elon, Dadi and all the crew for a special time We will come back Simon
