The apartment layout is fake, the view is fake. The hotel staff is very uncooperative and the service is terrible. Don't book it, you will regret it if you do.

We had a truly perfect stay! Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was just right – from the friendly service to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt completely at ease and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

hotel location is good, near to most of the activity, room was big enough, clean, beds were comfy; however, room need renovation especially flooring, good terrace with best view over the sea, unclear instruction for the parking entry for check in.

Negatives - Unfriendly and aggressive staff. - Poor service: No bag carrying, room cleaning, or timely elevator service. - Limited breakfast options. - Long check-in process This hotel's greatest asset is its location, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. However, the poor service is a major drawback. Unfriendly staff, lack of basic amenities like room cleaning, and long wait times for elevators ruined the stay. Top place to stay in Batumi.Situaded at New Boulevard at the 0 costline Just few steps to the sea .Brand new ,very comfortanle and sunny apartments with beautifull view on Boulevard and the Sea. Underground parking availble . Delicious breakfast on the top floor Professional and very nice stuff.

Good afternoon, I'm currently staying at this hotel with a large group of seven people. The hotel is located on the first coastline, which is a plus. The rooms are nice, the breakfasts are good, but the reception is terrible. When we asked for a blanket and an extra pillow, we were told we had to pay 😏 I've never seen a hotel give blankets for a fee! On the first day when we arrived, the power went out for four hours. Three days into our stay, we had no hot water in the room because the water heater broke, and we waited a day for it to be fixed. After all that, I asked for an extra blanket and was told it was an extra charge. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again. I don't recommend it.

Good afternoon! I liked this hotel. It's located on the beachfront. I was given a room with a sea view. The breakfasts were delicious. There's a mall 15 minutes from the hotel with several restaurants where you can eat well and do some shopping. There's a mini market next to the hotel.
