Pessoal todos de parabéns, super atenciosos, limpeza excelente, quartos confortáveis, piscina ótima. Recepção sempre pronta para ajudar em qualquer ocasião. Restaurante limpo e organizado. Comidas excelentes, lavanderia de segunda a sábado. Café da manhã muito bom.

Decepcionada. Peguei o quarto "luxo", mas era pequeno e o espaço do chuveiro era apertado. Prédio antigo. 12h13 a recepção já estava interfonando perguntando se eu não iria sair, achei indelicado. A foto no Hotéis.com dos itens de higiene não corresponde à realidade. De manhã do nosso quarto ficávamos ouvindo barulho de móveis sendo arrastados, não entendi o que estava acontecendo. Há estacionamento dentro/ coberto gratuito, mas são poucas vagas, os carros ficam presos e precisa deixar a chave. Ao menos eles retiram rápido quando você precisa sair. O café da manhã era bom. Mas achei que, no geral, o custo beneficio não era justo.

Estadia: agosto/22 Creio que seja o melhor hotel de Bauru, fomos muito bem atendidos e tivemos uma ótima noite de sono. Ficamos apenas uma noite, então não temos muito o que considerar, quem sabe numa próxima visita

Sigo junto à maioria das avaliações sobre o hotel, no sentido de oferecer a melhor relação custo-benefício da região. Tudo começa pela facilidade em estacionar o carro. Vagas fáceis de encontrar, principalmente defronte ao hotel. Bom atendimento e café da manhã muito bom também. Dá pra ver a preocupação do pessoal da cozinha em servir alimentos de qualidade diferenciada. Não são muitos itens, porém todos excelentes, e o melhor, não são repetidos no café da manhã seguinte. Parabéns a equipe responsável. O apartamento é bem pequeno, entretanto o banheiro é de bom tamanho, não uma cabine telefônica. Bem localizado no Parque Vitória Régia, perto de bares, restaurantes, praças e Shopping Center. Recomendo muito.

Hotel com ótima localização e bom e Atendimento de todos os funcionários. Acredito que a limpeza dos quartos deveria ser um pouco melhor. Assim que entramos no quarto, quando vi as meias do meu filho já estavam pretas! Em pouco tempo! Acredito que não passam um pano úmido no chão dos quartos! Além disso, o café da manhã é bom porém antes das 8h da manhã algumas coisas já estavam acabando (frutas e frios). Não houve reposição (no momento em que eu estava por lá).

O quarto estava muito confortável. Só ficou à desejar o chuveiro. Difícil de conseguir ajustar a temperatura da água. Do mais,fiquei satisfeita. E poderia servir janta com preço mais baixo. Assim não precisaríamos sair do hotel a noite para jantar. Já que vamos a compromisso. Preferimos dormir mais cedo. Mas,agradeço pelo bom atendimento. Obrigada.
