The property has been renovated to a very high standard with attention to detail - fresh, crisp and clean. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert, das gesamte Team, das Haus, der Service und das Restaurant haben nur positive Eindrücke bei uns hinterlassen. Es war uns eine große Freude und wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Selten haben wir so viel Professionalität im Umgang mit den Gästen erlebt, unaufgeregt und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, äußerst gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstück/ der Brunch waren schmackhaft, frisch und liebevoll hergerichtet. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des "moments" und des Restaurants "Wolfgang's".

Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgt. We kwamen vrij laat aan s’ avonds, het personeel was zeer netjes en klantvriendelijk. Een prachtig hotel!

Ein toll eingerichtetes Hotel im Zentrum von Bautzen.
Der Check-in war sehr angenehm und auch die Erklärungen zum Hotel wurden mit Begeisterung gelebt.
Das Abendessen, sowie der gesamte Aufenthalt, wurden von einem sehr jungen Personal gestaltet. Diese jungen Menschen waren so höflich, zuvorkommend und Gastorientiert, dass man auf den Gedanken kommen könnte, dass es keinen schöneren Job auf dieser Welt gibt.
Vielen Dank für diese zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft.

gemütliches, ziemlich ruhig gelegenes hotel in zentrumsnähe. freundlich, sauber, und das P/L-verhältnis stimmt. gutes frühstück und das hauseigene restaurant (dinner ab 16.30h) ist auf beachtlichem gourmet niveau (ca. 15 punkte GM).

Das Hotel ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage inmitten der Stadt..perfekt.. die Zimmer einfach nur klasse. So ruhige Zimmer hatten wir noch nie in unserer gesamten Zeit.Das Personal, wirklich und ganz ehrlich gemeint .. super tolle Leute, hilfsbereit und charmant. Auf der Skala von 1 bis 10 eine absolute 18. Und eins noch zum Schluß..Bautzen immer wieder gerne

Dieses Hotel hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wunderschön, individuell eingerichtetes Zimmer und fantastisches Bett. Es verfügt sogar über zwei Zimmer mit Sauna! Die Mitarbeiter*Innen waren sehr freundlich und hatten auch Zeit für ein Wort über das normale hinaus. Besonders eine Auszubildende ist mit ihrem natürlichen Charme und ihrer Aufmerksamkeit im Service besonders hervor zu heben. Wir haben zu Abend gegessen und eine excellente Küche erlebt. Auch das Frühstück war von hoher Qualität, viel mit regionalen Produkten. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr gut gelegen nahe der Altstadt. Ruhige Zimmer. Themenzimmer, z.B. "Einkehr". Parkplatz im Parkhaus Centrum sehr günstig! Eine schöne Altstadt, viele Türme. Die Spree fließt vorbei. Abends im Wolfgang's Restaurant im Moments empfehlenswert, Tisch reservieren.
