Gastfreundschaft und Sauberkeit wird hier ganz groß geschrieben. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Da ich sehr viel geschäftlich reise, war ich von der enormen Größe des Zimmers begeistert. Alles mehr als sauber, besser geht nicht. Das habe ich schon lang nicht mehr in anderen Hotels erlebt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und was ich fantastisch empfand: FRISCHE Bäckerbrötchen. Vielen dank für alles und wir kommen gern wieder

Alles gut hier, Empfang sehr freundlich, gutes und sehr sauberes Zimmer und netter Service auf der Terrasse. Es sind zwar ein paar Meter zu laufen, aber dieses Hotel ist gut um Bautzen zu erkunden. Wir sind sehr angenehm überrascht worden, sowohl vom Hotel, als auch von Bautzen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Personal im Hotel wirkte sehr überfordert ind unorganisiert. Der Empfang war unkoordiniert und ringsum schien alles wichtiger als mein Check-In. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich warm. Corona-Regelungen wurden im gesamten Hotel nicht eingehalten, Masken, wenn überhaupt welche getragen wurden, hingen unterm Kinn. Im Frühstücksraum/Bar/Empfangshalle oder was auch immer das seinnsollte, weder Abstand noch sonstige Hygienemaßnahmen

Insgesamt sehr Ungemütlich,Zimmer zu warm, alte Käsescheiben am Frühstücksbuffet, im Konferenzsaal tagt ständig die rechtsradikale AFD zum Teil sogar Bewaffnet. Nie wieder!!! Die Dame am check in ist komplett überfordert. CORONA-MAßNAHMEN FEHLANZEIGE! KEINE MASKEN KEIN ABSTAND.
