Staff was very attentive. Having a butler was helpful negotiating through the ins and outs; spa, reservations; excursions, restaurant times. Housekeeping was great, rooms were kept clean. Entertainment staff was lively, pool staff as well. Pool needs a renovation.

This was my first time in Punta Cana, it will most assuredly not be my last We did a 5 day stay at the Iberostar Grand Bavaro, and from the minute we arrived until now as I wait for our taxi, the staff here has been the warmest and most professional that I have ever encountered Special Kudos to our concierge Robert as well as the restaurant staff who seemed to be at multiple venues at various times The pool staff and bartenders and servers were constantly checking on our comfort and we had a lot of fun taking a Spanish class with Ani There were a great variety of restaurant choices and the quality of food is way better than I have had at other inclusive resorts The rooms were spacious with both a jacuzzi tub and a spacious shower Special cake and champagne delivered to my room for my birthday as well as in the French Restaurant Above all, it’s the staff who make me want to return

From the time that you arrive to the time you leave the staff at this resort go above and beyond to ensure you have a great time! Food, staff, room, location all perfect! Christian and the feont desk and Carlos the waiter are just two of the all star employees that made our stay enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the Iberostar Grand Bavaro. The beach was fantastic and so were the pools. So many on site activities and things to do. The best thing about our stay was the staff. From Dany at check-in to housekeeping, restaurant staff, bartenders and wait staff. They were all wonderful, friendly hardworking people. Out butlers Cesar and Cofe were great as well. We will definitely be back!

*4.5 Rating* Had an awesome experience with the Butler team and with the welcoming team. There were a lot of staff that went above and beyond, but sadly there were quite a few staff that were a little on the rude side. All in all it was a great experience, would recommend!!

We had an amazing stay here!! There were a few people who made it more enjoyable they were Jasiel and Samuel in the buffet and Italian restaurant, daily they went above and beyond expectations and made us feel beyond special. Agusto in the star prestige area at the beach. Edwardo was our butler and checked in every day with us and had coffee delivered to our room every morning! Yaritza who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful with our change from the Bavaro suites to the Grand. The entire staff here have been very friendly and helpful even the ground crew will stop and say hi! The food was amazing except the smoke house where I don’t recommend eating. The facility is AMAZING beautiful property! Can’t wait to come back!!

We returned for the second time to the Iberostar Grand Bavaro, this time with our daughter and her friend. Southwest Vacations package made booking and travel very easy. The resort is top-notch with an excellent beach, extensive pools and a good selection of restaurants and buffets. We were pleased that the restaurants no longer require reservations for seating. The staff and service were friendly, helpful and efficient, with especially high marks for Victor and Gerlin on our floor.

This property was less crowded and had he nicest beach area around the area. Definitely recommend.
