Riu Palace Punta Cana - All Inclusive

enjoyed our stay at the resort. lots of food options. staff were very friendly and welcoming. vendors on the beach were a bit much but listened when you said no thank you. definitely recommend this resort!

Very friendly staff, but room service terrible. One day there was only one hand towel, another day only one bath towel and no bath mat in a room for two. Tried to call customer service several times but no answer. I complained to the front desk. Food quality was awful. Wifi was one of the worst.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

It was a great property.

Loved it here and will definitely be back. Great for families, couples, singles, there is something for everyone.

We had an excellent holiday at the Riu palace in may 2024, overall excellent value for money. Beautiful location, very good food and drinks, clean and friendly. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Overall great time had by all.

We just got back from an eight day seven night stay at this place and it was very nice. We were greeted at the front desk with Jose. He was excellent, very friendly, respectful and helpful. He even called us in our rooms to make sure everything was up to our standard, and if we needed anything at all from him. once we got situated, we went to the steakhouse which was serving the lunch buffet right near the pool areas. It was good but I have had better food, but it was enough to get us by until dinner time. Then we went to the pool bar and we were met by Junior and David. They were both great! But in the end, David took care of us the rest of the week. We can definitely say he’s part of our family! We were also met when we laid out on the loungers the rest of the week by Emmanuel, who was tremendous he is part of our family now too , and also Antonio was great too very friendly and very prompt to get us drinks those two were always there greeting us every day for the whole week when we went to get our loungers by the pool bar always anxious to get our drinks and take care of us!! i’ve been to other resorts like the secrets dreams and this place is a little bit below them at least at my standards. Everyone is different with their opinion, but I did enjoy my stay and those five people made or stay even better. The Riu parties was an added bonus. they were very, very fun and everyone needs to go at least to see what they’re all about. You don’t even have to stay long, but they are great. This was our second time there, we were there about 12 years ago and things have changed and it has gotten better, but all in all, I would not go back I would like to go and check out the other resorts in Punta Cana. Please do not Let this discourage anyone because this is a very very nice hotel but I like to try new things so that’s one of the reasons why I Would not go back. I did make a lot of memories there and met a lot of wonderful people who will probably be friends with for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Rui palace for everything!!
