It was a gift to my father for his 50 years and he had an incredible time. He says the facilities are awesome and the food was second to none. And not to mention the excellent service! The room was immaculate and each employee was attentive to their every need. We really come back again and with great joy. !! Congratulations!!

Not a Palace!! Service is atrocious in the dining room- think we are invisible!! If the waiters aren’t tipped no service!! The same round the pool!! Rooms are in desperate need of a refurb tired and dated. Will not be coming back here again and would not recommend at all!!

I recently stayed at this hotel that left much to be desired. The pervasive strange smell throughout the premises was off-putting. The poor quality of the food and watered-down, sugary drinks were disappointing. The aging rooms lacked the comfort one expects, and the limited room service menu didn’t offer much variety with 5 things on the menu. The hallways are loud and echo- staff starts cleaning early in the morning and you can hear every single door slam. This hotel isn’t made for sleeping in. Moreover, the AC struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and it felt humid and sticky. The only blanket is a thin sheet. Overall, a subpar experience that fell short of expectations. the food is BAD BAD BAD. Do not stay here. None of the restaurants are open past 10pm, so if you take a nap and wake up late- good luck getting food anywhere besides the sports bar where the food has been sitting all day. The gym is disgusting and smelly- has half working equipment, and doesn’t have any water bottles for when you’re working out. Take your business to the hard rock down the street and pay the extra. Trust me.
The only nice thing about this place is that they maintain the grounds and it always looks put together. They need to work on the fire alarm situation, it went off twice during our 4 day stay- and a couple told us it went off twice when they got there. One time it stayed going off for 12 min before they were able to turn it off. Do not stay here!

Minha avaliação é que o hotel é excelente, coisa de cinema, as comidas e bebidas são maravilhosas, e parte da equipe te atende muito bem e é muito amigavel, unico ponto de ressalva é que parte da equipe fica sempre de cara feia e te trata muito mal, o pessoal do café da manhã por exemplo durante todos os 6 dias mal olharam na nossa cara, sempre de cara feia, fingiam que não ouviam nossos pedidos e etc. Acho que a unica coisa que falta é uma orientação que os hospedes devem ser tratados com respeito e cordialidade condizente de um hotel 5 estrelas.
