Water in shower didn’t drain and welcome breakfast no means no - wasn’t on site 24hr and they were pushing 99k packages and up to invest in resort! Welcome breakfast was nothing more a sales job which no doesn’t mean no in Dominican! People on vacation don’t want to be sold anything! I found it offensive!

This was a fantastic All Inclusive option. The food was excellent and there were many options to choose from. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. I was not prepared to wake up before 7am on my vacation just to secure seats at any of the pools or beach, so passing that info along to the next traveler! Good Luck and Enjoy - it's worth waking up early for.

So much to do there during the day! Pools and beach were awesome! Hotel was perfect for our family of 5. Excellent room service. Very hard to eat at places that didn’t take reservations. Beach vendors were aggressiveZ

Yefelson & Pedro were awesome at the member beach area. Zen is my favorite restaurant. Brayner & Charles were awesome butlers. Isla was great breakfast. The updated Eden area was very nice. Our room was in perfect spot. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelfson was our very best customer service provider. He was always there for Us!!! Isla was my very favorite restaurant!! The ****** took all my money 😡. Brayner was our butler. He was awesome, checking on us throughout the day.!!!! I’ll be back

Alexis, rosanna, belandia yirelfelson son personas muy amables. Tienen mucha experiencia como ayudantes a las personas que vienen al hotel. Muy agradecido. El bar muy limpio y tambien organizado. El bar es cerca de la playa lo que es muy conveniente
