El hotel excelente en instalaciones y atención. La habitación perfecta, muy espaciosa y siempre limpia. El personal muy atento y preocupado de hacer nuestra estadía perfecta. Nuestros mayordomos Sammy y Jhanna espectaculares, muy solícitos a asistirnos en todo. Los chicos del gimnasio y entretenimiento también: Ramon, Scooby Doo, Mariluz y Dorka en la piscina, también Roberto. Siempre con una actitud alegre y amable! Los chicos de los restaurantes; Santos y Bobadilla nos trataron muy bien siempre. La comida perfecta y muy variada. Las piscinas preciosas y la playa espectacular! La estadía perfecta! 🤩

Yanna entertainment was a wonderful person, making guests smile and laugh. The other staff members were also responsive and kind. Always checking in on the guests. Entertainment was engaging and different every night. The restaurants were great and I had a phenomenal experience!

One of the best trips to HRPC, everyone was very attentive to our needs whether it was the room (great maid service sorry I never got their name and never saw them, the room was very clean, bed was made shampoos and soaps restocked without problem). Our butler, Jose Lugo, one of the best I’ve ever had. He took care of all of our needs from dinner to pool seats to spa services. The staff around the pool Mariluz, Davidson, Santo, Oscar, Dorka, Freddy and all the bartenders (sorry I’m missing a few) very friendly people and will get you what you’re needing. The most amazing however, goes to Scooby. He helped us with everything from the blow ups to checking on us and making sure that we were lacking nothing. What was really amazing was that he did this for everyone not just for us as did the rest of the staff. The restraunts were fabulous, my favorite was Toro. You need to make sure that you check out the food truck at the CHAIRMAN/HOF Pool, have the southwest chicken salad.

I can’t thank the staff enough for making our getaway unforgettable. Santo and his crew of dedicated pool staff cater to your every need. It was our first trip to Punta Cana and it has been absolutely amazing. Oscar kept us with fresh towels and always helpful. Mariluz and Davidson and Roberto the friendly and fun pool waiters, Jose and Freddy and Ambiorix the bartenders, Jose the butler and our beloved pool concierge Scooby that taught us some dance moves and made us laugh and kept our every want, no problemo!! The food and pools and music and shows were all unbelievable. So many employees were helpful and friendly that I can’t name them all from the cleanliness of rooms and beautiful grounds, but they all contributed to make for one unforgettable experience!!!!
