Très bel établissement. Très grand. Très propre
Personnel : sympathique et serviable
Restauration : Large choix de buffet et de snack. Tout est bon. Possibilité de manger au restaurant le soir (différentes cultures proposées)
Animation : Cela va (pour le soir). La journée je m'attendais a un peu plus de choses. Concernant la discothéque, je ne suis allé trois fois, dont une fois je suis partit tres vite car musique trop forte.
Chambre : Confortable, spacieuse, quelques petites renovations à prévoir néanmoins.
Pour résumé tres bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Me encantó el hotel , estuve hospedado con mi esposa y mi hija , las instalaciones estuvieron bonitas y limpias desde el momento en que llegamos nos atendió el chico de la recepción el señor Robinson Acosta , nos a claro todas las dudas y nos ayudo a entregarnos la habitación antes de la hora ya que andaba con mi niña pequeña de apenas 2 años , la comida estuvo super buena y me dieron una habitación con una vista al mar muy espectacular. Los chicos del bar fueron muy atentos , lo único que no pudimos ir a todos los restaurantes porque casi siempre estaban llenos. Lo recomiendo

My experience wasn't the gratest.I was expecting better food service and room cleanest. Thank you to Yuleiny and Dominga de la Cruz and bar staff for your service.The dinning room people needs to be more friendly. Dominga was the best server at the dinning room.Food at the buffet was cold rice not cook completely and other things that I don't have enough space to write about it.The best food experience was the Tokio Restaurant.I been in other resorts and never experience anything like this. The pools are awesome. Also the front desk people was good . Except to one crew member she was not pleasant. They need to train the staff.The same thing with the buffet staff . I could count with my fingers how many provided a good service. The only one I could take out was Dominga always smiling and with a good customer service. The rest should learn from her. I hope you could read this so you could make things resort better.Also your ****** needs improvement or closed it. If you go to the store near by to buy souvenirs Make sure you ask for price because they want to over charge you. Even if they said to you don't worry please ask. Also be ready to get other vendors to harass you.This resort has good price, but service is not good. If you ask me if I wouldn't stay here again ,I will look for somewhere else.

El servicio del mexicano lo mejor. Solo disponible para nivel premium. Gracias Ángela y Mercedes, por la atención brindada a mi familia. Los restaurantes y el servicio en ellos muy buenos. Las habitaciones si requieren muchísimo mantenimiento.
