Pas d'air climatisé il faisait 28 dans la chambre, le coffre de sûreté brisé, la les oreillers finis, la chambre était faite / nettoyé 2x dans les 7 jours. J'ai payé pour vue sur l'océan avec lit King j'ai eue deux lits vue sur piscine. J'ai payé pour bracelet vip... zéro vip. Beaucoup de porc au menu rien de wow pas de Crevettes, pas de bons poissons. Pas de lait autre que de la poudre pour mon café... je devais demander pour de l'eau à la chambre (bouteilles) j'ai changé de chambre ils m'ont envoyé dans une chambre déjà habité.. bref n'allez pas la.

El hotel en general es muy lindo y cuenta con unas muy buenas piscinas y una playa espectacular. Se debe reforzar considerablemente en la atención al público en la recepción (todos los procesos en esta área son bastante complicados pues el equipo humano en vez de ayudar sólo lo complica más) y en el staff del restaurante buffet de la noche.

O hotel como um todo é antigo. Reservei quarto mar frontal, entretanto, fiquei em um lateral, pois minha sacada era virada pra piscina, no final não compensa você gastar a mais por isso. Comidas sem grandes variedades, bebidas também não tem muita qualidade, sucos artificiais. Mas dependendo do preço que você pagar pela estadia acho que estará bom em relação ao custo beneficio, acho que no máximo R$ 550,00. Tivemos que ir várias vezes na recepção validar os cartões de entrada do quarto, pois não funcionava. No meu quarto não tinha chuveiro era tipo uma ducha maior que você tinha que ficar segurando para tomar banho, banheiro nao tinha box inteiro, desse modo ficava alagado na hora do banho, secador não funcionava. As piscinas são ótimas e bem cuidados. Jardins e limpeza externa são boas também e a praia em frente ao hotel é muito bonita.

Yolanda Angomas at the Spa gave me an incredible massage! Her strength and the professionalism was amazing! I was completely impressed by the amount her endurance and strength during the entire 80 minutes. I wish that a discount would have been offered for future services.

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia lo que es en el servicio el aire acondicionado no sirve, la comida pésima aparte de eso hay cucarachas en las habitaciones y el restaurante Mexido parte que la comida horrible también había una cucaracha por la pared del restaurante también en el bufet NO tienen mucho personal para atender nesecitan más meseras mucha gente quejándose en el caunter mis amigos que vinieron con nosotros encontraron dos cucarachas en su cama la bañera tapada el ultimo día no tenían agua para bañar, NO les recomiendo que se alojen en este Resort
