Bed Bugs all over hotel and they wont do anything to help us..... Rooms smell like sewer water and the staff is terrible .... Checked in on the 17th and today is 22 nd and we still are not sleeping in our beds. Cant get anyone to help us.

Desayuno buffet muy decepcionante. ¡Se las arreglan incluso para que la tortilla sea insípida! Las mesas nunca se limpiaron adecuadamente. Calidad de la comida muy mala. Limpieza deja mucho que desear .

Estuve del 6 al 11 de abril de 2022 en el hotel impressive premiun resort punta cana , república Dominicana. Pase unos días regulares en este hotel. Le comenzaré diciendo que el día que llegue en recepción no fueron eficientes.pase un momento desagradable con el personal de recepción .la comida no me gusto para nada.muy mala y los empleados del área bufet un poco antipáticos.El área premium era de buen gusto y buena atención. Aunque la comida fría.pero los asistente y empleados muy amables.El cuarto estaba bien. Y buen aire acondicionado. Limpiaban todos los dias .El área de jardines muy bonito y cuidado.la playa regular las piscinas muy bien cuidadas. Aunque no las utilize. Los show de noche en el teatro regulares . Me gusto el del circo y Michael Jackson. En fin pase unos días tranquilos aunque hubo algunas cosas que no me fueron de mi agrado con algunos empleados y turistas locales dominicanos que son revoltosos y imprudentes.
