I felt there was a real lack of information regarding the schedules for attractions like archery and beach volleyball, which didn't seem to have set times. The pool dive also lacked a specific schedule. The worst part for me, though, was the bathroom in the room. The resort and the room itself are wonderful, but the bathroom is very cramped and there aren't enough mats on the floor to dry yourself. The toilet takes forever to refill after flushing, and the faucets for the shower, sink, and jacuzzi are very old and constantly leaking. Aside from that, the stay and food were excellent. The staff are incredibly welcoming and cheerful, which really enhanced our stay, except for the baristas who only seemed lively during parties or when they were getting cash tips (I understand, but it's annoying). Overall, a great stay!

Cibao was amazing and Friendly, I think his name is Angel and amazing everyone. Loves that everyone was soo nice, make you feel comfortable and welcome. Only downside was no, internet in our room 2003, but other than the bed was always clean and comfortable. Will be back :)

The room facilities are not good, the shower head is often broken, the bathtub is basically unusable, the water volume is too small, the effect is 0, there are even wheels under the bed, leaning back for a while, the bed will teleport to the front.
