This resort is amazing. The butler service we received from Denis was topnotch. I have stayed there since and had him again . I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of me . !

I was taught if you can’t say anything nice the say nothing - but TripAdvisor says I have 200 words :( Shout out to Erasmo & Yonathon at the lobby/ whatever it became without them evenings would be made up of tacky shows! Shout out to Pedro at the beach bar before that closed and his attentive service in the main restaurant at breakfast Shout out to Fabian at Diamond club breakfast before that closed too. As for the busters at Diamond club I am still trying to work out what they do expect book restaurants which you can do yourself at guest services or do what everyone else does and just rock up and they give you a buzzer to tell you when a table is available. our butler didn’t unpack, open sparking wine on arrival, cocked up booked restaurant, never notified us about Diamond club BBQ, or even found us just what’s app we didn’t see him for 3 days!

We just got back home from a trip to the Royalton Punta Cana Hideaway last week. We planned our trip around Yeral whom we met on our first trip in 2019. Since then we have visited the Royalton two more times because of Yeral. She is the Best and has made such an impact on all of our lives, while we are there and once we get back home. She not only goes above and beyond, she is so personable and just an overall great person. This was our 3rd trip back to the Royalton for five of us because Yeral is there. Our trip started with just the two of us and ended up with 15 people booked including a wedding. We can’t say enough about Yeral. She is truly the BEST! We spent the majority of our time in a cabana and in the pool with the swim up bar. Lina was also very helpful! While we were there we met Jhoenmy as our butler. He truly went above and beyond to help us with everything from dinner reservations to multiple special requests, some small and some not so small! We can not say enough good things about him. Rudy at the Hideaway bar was awesome and so much fun! We looked forward to seeing Junior at Dorado every day. We can’t wait for all the renovations to be completed and we will be back.

Siamo stati molto bene nella struttura. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Ristorazione e servizio molto buoni, soprattutto il buffet ( un po’ meno i vari ristoranti ) . Personale gentile e disponibile, sempre sorridenti! Una menzione speciale a mr wow, mr coffee e Mirta che ci hanno mantenuto in forma con le loro lezioni di yoga. Approvatissimi i cocktail al bar vicino al mare e i banchetti con tacos e hamburger! Piccoli consigli più che critiche: puntate più sulla cucina semplice locale piuttosto che imitazioni , e cercate di trovare un sistema a gettoni per gestire i teli mare sulle sdraio bordo piscina. tante volte rimanevano occupate tutto il giorno senza nessun utilizzo! Apprezzabile il servizio di camera di cortesia post checkout ma da migliorare, nessuno shampoo / phon non funzionante/ doccino arrugginito

Struttura di altissimo livello, ambienti moderni e molto curati, cibo ottimo al ristorante Gourmet Marchè, tantissimo pesce e tantissima carne sempre disponibili, varietà nei temi proposti ogni sera. Su una permanenza di 15 giorni 2 sere disponibilità di aragoste alla piastra, squisite. Pulizia ottima, oltre alla pulizia quotidiana della stanza trovavamo le coperte rimboccate dopo cena. Servizio in camera h 24. Pulizia e massima attenzione anche presso ristorante e piscine, giardini curati a livello ******ale. Personale professionale ed estremamente cordiale e disponibile, inclusi gli animatori (per nulla ossessionanti). Spettacoli per bambini e adulti ogni sera, molto gradevoli, forse suggerirei un programma di intrattenimento sui 15 giorni anzichè su 7 giorni, abbiamo visto ripetere 2 volte ogni spettacolo. Spiaggia straordinaria, mare sempre mosso in quanto oceano. Diversamente da quanto ti dicono, è difficilissimo trovare posto nei ritoranti alla carta se non sei cliente Diamond. Su suggerimento della receptionist provato diverse sere a metterci in coda fuori dall'Hunter Steak House già alle 17.40 senza riuscire ad entrare in quanto avevano la precedenza i clienti Diamond e gli invitati ai matrimoni. Sarebbe più onesto dire che se non paghi di più non ne hai diritto. Per fortuna c'è il gran buffè del Marchè dove trovi sempre posto. Ottima struttura per le famiglie, bellissima esperienza, ci ritorneremmo se il costo del volo+permanenza non fosse così tanto elevato.

How is this possible for a 5 stars property to have rooms facing back fences, power stations (transformers), alley used for all kind of support workers, transportation of all kind of merchandise, at few feets distance to to the door/balcony ?
