Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

Hotel con variedad de jardines y piscinas, cerca a la playa. Necesita una reforma urgente, habitaciones grandes pero con mucha batalla, necesita reforma y actualizar decoración y menaje. Buffet muy abundante y variado, pero con poco sabor algunas cosas

For the most part it was a very nice stay. Rooms were always clean and people usually friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options available and the resort and beach are beautiful. We had a few issues with our mini fridge not having drinks refilled. My friend had a few issues when she was trying to call room service to have this brought. Not sure why they decided not to stock the fridge a few days, but I believe she had trouble maybe because the person on the other side of the phone didn’t want to help her because my friend spoke English. This is just a possibility not really sure exactly why they kept hanging up on her. Eventually we did get some soda brought but it was kind of a pain to have that happen two days in a row. Come back from excursions and have nothing to drink in your room. Other than that I would say all was good.

Immediately greeted and helped with our bags. Checked in and they upgraded our room at no extra cost, to a roof top jacuzzi room. We were then told that we were invited to a welcome breakfast for the next morning. Unfortunately unbeknownst to us, this was a 2 hour timeshare meeting. We did enjoy talking to Melvin at the meeting, but they seemed angry that we did not want to invest in it. Room was very beautiful. A little dated, but we have been told that they have plans to renovate in the next few years. The mini fridge did not work, someone came to fix it promptly, but it still did not work. We weren’t too upset about this, as ice was available close by. The shower door didn’t close, we had to cover the floor in towels, but this also wasn’t a huge deal to us. The view we had was great, and the beach was about 30 ft from the building we were in. (Villa 19) Every day we came back from the beach we had a new bottle of champagne left for us. Bottled water was stocked frequently, and beds were made every day. Food was hit or miss. Buffets were OK. El Dorado, Hemingway and CHIC are an incredible must. Drinks were amazing everywhere. Service and golf carts were easily obtainable to bring you places. Beach and pools are beautiful, fun and well maintained. Too many solicitors trying to get you to buy things on the beach - that is our one and only HATE about this trip.

We are family friends of the club members; but we are not treated like one. The room wasn't clean at all. We have to wait for long time before we can check in, no transportations around there even when called. After complaining 3 times to lobby at bavaro; nothing was done untill complained to the travel club reps. No water available for couple days. Couldn't understand why offer room to us if the room not ready. Half drunk pop open in fridge.
