The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

If I could give this place 1 star for the food I would! I know not to expect much from resort food, but we were constantly served from-frozen, unseasoned, slapped together slop. I was baffled most times.
The rooms are okay and the pool is nice — nice beach.
But the FOOD. The food is horrid. It’s day one and I’m starving! The staff are rude too.

The resort was beautiful. The rooms were big and clean. We stayed at the club side which is great and the difference in price was not much. Our Butler Gredin was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. He seemlessly helped me organize surprise birthday parties for my son and friend and those went wonderfully well. Gredin provides you service with smiles and grace.. if you want to enjoy your stay and get the best service,then ask for Gredin while at the resort.

Facilities and grounds are beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of foods with plenty of healthy options. We stayed in the club section and are very glad we did. The pools and beach were amazing !! Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bartenders are so friendly . We loved Henry, our butler. We never thought we would need the service, but he was indispensable! He made our dinner reservations, made spa reservations, arranged the guys golf trip, arranged a birthday surprise for our adult daughter , made sure we had a list of activities daily and just made sure we had the best stay . It was a perfect vacation in a tropical paradise with our adult kids and their spouses. Also photographer was amazing. We will be back for sure !!

We loved this resort! Everything went perfectly including the butler service. Edwin was magnificent. We always had everything we wanted, he answered every question we had, all while having a huge smile on his face. The resort grounds were very clean as well as our rooms. Would definitely recommend.
