Adult family trip had multiple rooms, had issue with one room wasnt taken care of until day 5. other rooms were very nice spacious lovely views. very clean and always workers around, who are so very friendly, many wonderful excursions, (seaquarium see stephen rocked and the monkey excursion was great as well) Food was different every dinner left you full with variety of options to choose from. be adventerous for a change.

Fantastic place ! it is actually a little town consisting of 4 Palladium hotels ; the restuarnats are scattered around the resort and there are golf carts and little 'trains' trasnsporting people to their evening restaurants (very enjoyable ride in the evening and a great way to admire the stunning grounds of the resort). I just cannot fault this place. The food was very good; the rooms were clean (we stayed in the ocean / beach front room) and the SPA is amazing and offers a very good range of massages etc. There is a supermarket literlally 10 mins drive from the hotel if you want to get some groceries / rum etc.. My only complaint is that waiters and waitresses dont speak English so I found it very hard to communicate with them. Very often they didnt understand what I was orderig and brought something else. Also, most a la carte restaurants are small so you need be quick when booking on the hotel's app. We really enjoyed the tapas and Japanese. The Beach - OMG - stunning stunning ! I could go back tomorrow - gorgeous water, clean; we spent all days on the beach; just gorgeous. I would definitely go back to that resort; I had a very nice time. It is a lovely resort for a family holiday.

I loved my stay at this hotel however was let down due to fact i had something stolen from my room and as i still waiting for response to the investigation from the hotel.

I had won this trip at a charity auction, but then read some of the hotel reviews and was nervous. No need- the hotel is beautiful, spread out over a large area to wander around, multiple pools, and a large beachfront area, so you never feel crowded. The staff was great and very helpful. They are trying to push the travel club, but if you just say no thank you and visit about something else they are not pushy about it. I did notice that a lot of tourists were very rude and demanding, which is probably why they are complaining about the service. Be kind, smile, say thank you and you will get all the best. The only issue was that there was a leak from the tub to the room, but we just put a towel down and ignored it because we were at the beach the whole time, not our room!

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & ******, Great accommodations, atmosphere, and activities. Also, enjoyable night life and entertainment (shows, live entertainment). Lots of variety of cuisines and restaurants, however, some dishes were tasteless. Also, the hot water was not available a couple of times, but it was quickly resolved which is a testament to the customer service. Lovely beaches and well cared for grounds. I would definitely stay there again.

Tanayri,coca cola and capuchino the entertainment team are so good! They were at the Palace pool and they made our days by the pool so so fun and we were never bored, so good for kids too there is always something to do. Waiter service at the pool from Jose and Michael is excellent! They bring your drinks to you all day and get to know your orders and bring them over without having to ask. Excellent!
