On 04/6/23 I checked out of the hotel room 3003 and had a terrible experience. The hotel security guard took my bag from the Uber that was outside the hotel because they don't allow it to enter the resort. He said he needed the towel card. The towel was inside the room and the bracelet they didn't want to take off my arm. He was violent with another man and they wouldn't let the Uber leave to take me to the airport. After a lot of confusion and aggression I managed to remove my suitcase to go to the airport. I had two broken nails (photos attached) and almost missed my flight back. It's unfortunate to have to go through this, I had to call the police. Absurd, they need to improve a lot. I tried to contact the hotel management, but to no avail.

Excellent hôtel. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et très propres. Les piscines sont très bien pensées et très agréables dont une avec un bar. Des transats et parasols sont nombreux autour des piscines et sur la plage. L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité d’une magnifique plage de sable blanc et fin.

We had to change hotels because of work being done on original hotel. I can only say what a great swap it was. From our arrival and greeting by reception staff all the way through we had a great holiday. everywhere is clean and staff always sweeping up all day and night. Really enjoyed all Al a carte restaurants especially the Brazilian one. Special mention to Jose and Melvyn in the Food Market. 100% will be returning. Thanks
