Good place a few meters from the beach, the only thing I did not like is the wifi, it works fatal

First, let's start by saying it is the most unsafe area you can book a stay. Same address and location, two different sides... Play on names, You have men all over the place who are working and sitting around. This property is listed as pay as you stay. My first reservation was canceled by the property. Then, once we got to the property, we were told by the guy checking us in that our reservation was invalid. Which meant that we ended up paying almost $60 more just to stay there. This place doesn't even deserve a 1/2 star, but for the sake of this post, I selected one star.

They will rob you blind if you are not local. Worst service ever. if you have complaint then the guy with pony tail will laugh at you. he is the only one that speak english. no, running water when you need it. they will keep your deposits. They will only accept cash or pay double with credit card.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und super gelegen, es ist auch in der Küche alles da was man braucht ABER es wurde in 10Tagen einmal geputzt und das auch nur weil wir mehrmals nachgefragt haben
Handtücher und Toilettenpapier wurden auch nur auf Nachfrage gewechselt und gebracht

The places advertised for 2 restaurants however there is only 1. The building are very outdated, they need entire Reno, all the room are outdated and there is a lot of false advertising and information. However it’s very safe with security 24/7. Fun excursion to do.

There were several small parts of the apartment which were damaged. There was no soap to wash dishes, and there was only one pot to cook. Additionally the view was not exactly what was advertised. However, the beach was beautiful and the environment in general was very nice.
