The room was terrible, they gave us b4. The tv didn't work, the showerhead bracket was broken so we had to use as a handheld showerhead. All the bath accessories were rusty. None of the WiFi networks worked. The sink was clogged and had a leaking. The kitchen cabinets cover didn't open properly. The bed wasn't comfortable. They shouldn't rent this room at all. The only thing that worked was the air conditioner and the breakfast was good.

Multiple problems with pluming and not willing to accommodate. Several pipes burst and they did not provide me another room. The room was literally flooded from under the sink in living room, and leak in bathroom. I had to leave and come back later. No curtain in bathroom and other tenants could see you.

The bathroom has rusted faucets and taps, no hand towels or face clothes, the vanity cabinets that were falling apart, and the mirrors had not been wiped in a while. Windows were filled with dead bugs. The curtain rods had fallen off on the patio doors. The pool was not clean, cloudy water and desperately needed to be skimmed to remove the fallen leaves and bugs. This was not as advertised and a big let down.

To start, the people at the reception were very very rude. They wanted to charge more for how much the reservation was already paid in full. The room I had booked was nothing like what we were given. We had to make some calls to fix things inside the room, everything was in bad condition, the bed, the bathroom did not even have a power outlet…. Additionally, you could hear all the noise from outside, arrangements, people talking, there was no privacy for any reason.

Plusieurs hôtels avec des noms différents mais tous au même endroit ! Je suis arrivée je n’avais pas de savon il à fallu plus de 12 h après réclamation pour en avoir La porte ne fermait pas j’ai dû attendre qu’on me change le verrou les serviettes n était pas forcément changé et tachées Les draps et le ménage n’ont été fait qu’âpres 4 jours et après réclamation Pas de porte serviettes une seule prise qui fonctionnait j’attends encore leur intervention Le petit déjeuner est à l’extérieur dans un café restaurant La plage est loin et c’est dans un bar que l’on a accès au transat seulement si l’on consomme Quand on ouvre les placards c’est sale La piscine est au milieu des différents hôtels et dans le passage avec très peu de transat et je n’ai vu personne la nettoyer Le personnel de l’accueil n’est pas agréable et ne respecte pas les horaires À éviter pire qu un formule un
