Eigentlich war alles sehr gut. Frühstück perfekt. Das Essen im Restaurant Last Hall lässt könnte einen Tick besser sein, z. B. nicht lauwarm serviert werden.
Zusätzlichen Kosten für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz von 19 € /Tag, bei wenigen Parkplätzen auf dem Hotelareal, ist schon sportlich zumal bei der Buchung,
soweit ich mich erinnere, darauf nicht explizit hingewiesen wird und keine versteckten Kosten zu erwarten wären. Also genau hinschauen.

A beautiful hotel . Potentially a great hotel. Regrettably the staff were arrogant and mostly rude. The bar were worst but it permeated,throughout. We ordered a drink from the bar and were dismissed by Stephan with such attitude , flicking a pen, “wait” we did not repeat the experience . Never to be recommended and we will never visit again. What a pity. And we travel a lot .

Soggiorno per meeting aziendale. Hotel con grandi spazi e numerose camere. esterni invidiabili.Posizione spettacolare, e buona ospitalità. Ottimo tutto il personale, in particolare Andrea jr, gentilissimo e solerte nell'assisterci.

Camera vista… scala interna! Apro la finestra e con mia sorpresa non vedo nessuna uscita verso l’esterno! E anche a causa di questo problema la temperatura in camera era elevatissima, senza possibilità di poter utilizzare l’aria condizionata. Inaccettabile per un quattro stelle. Pagata allo stesso prezzo di chi aveva regolare finestra o terrazzo verso l’esterno. Ho richiesto uno sconto al check-out, visto che era chiaramente una camera di livello inferiore, ma nulla.

The hotel has a great location. Stresa and the Islands as well as Lago d'Orta are easy to reach. For the kids, there is an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and lake access. The rooms are large and easy for a small family. The main issue for us was, that it felt a bit like a cruise ship. There are 5-8 coaches with day travellers outside and therefore the breakfast place is a massive hall, of which parts are closes for organized travel. Dinner at the hotel was not possible, as we did not book ahead. The gym is payable (12EUR) and the garage at 20EU/day. But after the first night of arrival, the hotel was great. There are a lot of nice restaurant outside (book ahead as well) and the islands Pescadore and Bella are easy to reach. You can also book a boat with the restaurants Pescadore without additional charge, as long as you have dinner there.

We love this hotel and stayed many times over almost 25 years but this will perhaps be the last. Stayed in room 366, clearly some major acoustics problems at this hotel as next door had a persistent cough and it sounded like he was in our room, every single noise from the adjacent bathroom could be heard very loudly and in graphic detail through the vent - absolutely horrid experience, being woken by next door taking a pee / flushing the toilet is not what you expect of a 4* hotel.

traumhafte Lage direkt am See mit gepflegter Gartenanlage (teilweise Kunstrasen); sehr freundliches Personal, sowohl in der Reception als auch beim Service (Bar, Restaurant); umfangreiches und mehrgängiges sehr gutes Abendessen, welches uns serviert wurde (bei Wunsch war sogar auch eine weitere Portion möglich), Einrichtung (Möbel, Vorhänge udgl. ) entsprechen eher dem früheren "kuk-Stil" (beinahe Schlosscharakter), daher wirkt es umsomehr sehr vornehm; wir fühlten uns sehr wohl
