I come to this hotel often. Bryan and Marco are,consistently incredible professionally and person all not only,with me. I see them with others. I always look,forward to seeing them and spending my time at this hotel. The hotel is perfect. Clean, comfortable, and feels like home.,

This resort is simply amazing! The rooms are fantastic, and the staff goes above and beyond. All my friends rave about it too—it's THE place to be in Surfside. Plus, the location is ideal, close to great restaurants and the waterfront. Can't beat the views! Huge thanks to the staff for making it unforgettable!

The staff, the location, the proximity to beach/food and shopping, the ambience is all great! Bryan was very attentive at checkout and throughout our stay making sure we were always satisfied and happy. He was very friendly and went above and beyond.

The hotel is really beautiful - well maintained, clean, and spacious. We had a great visit. Marco was very helpful and great! The breakfast buffet could have been better - was underwhelming. But the rooms, lobby, pool area all very nice and well maintained.

This is a great property, in that it is in close proximity to Bal Harbour. The toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.) are abysmal, I would almost recommend brining your own. Also, the bed squeaks, which is incredibly annoying. I have stayed in a couple of different rooms and I have noticed this in both.
