Horrible. Room was disgusting. Torn carpet, torn wallpaper, paint chipping, mold in the bathroom, filthy - did not stay, left immediately. Still waiting for refund.

Hotel ayant un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport au quartier. C'est un des moins cher et la qualité est très correcte. Le service et la gentillesse de l'accueil est appreciable.
Seul le petit déjeuner est moyen.
Attention, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Me alojé en el hotel solo por una noche, pero no volvería. El hotel está bien ubicado y su personal es amable, pero la propiedad requiere mantenimiento. Las habitaciones tienen olor a humedad, y lo que es inaceptable en mi opinion, es que en la mía habían cucarachas. Lo reporte y me cambiaron, pero esa mala experiencia no la repetiría. Lo informé a la manager y no recibí respuesta.

The Landon Bay is in a great location with proximity to beaches and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. However, this is a no-frills hotel. The breakfast is basically cold cereal, bagels/bread, coffee and a banana. The lobby is not a place to hang out in and the staff is limited. But for spending the night, the hotel is fine.
