oh how i wish it was like our last visit in 2019 that was incredible the whole experience but wring the review based on a couple of weeks ago would we return highly unlikely. we were in trinidad and felt so far away in some sense it was nice but the walk to the main resort was long and we love a walk usually, we brought magic bands ... they don't stay on one fell off on a ride and one fell off within the hour by the entrance never to be seen again so huge waste of money my daughter was so upset had we known this was an issue we would not have brought in the first place. check in we were offered animal kingdom as they over booked the resort so we agreed only for the lady to say 10 minutes later we couldn't as there was 5 of us even though 5 of us were stood there so felt disappointed to be offered it then it to be taken away. upon entering our room the beds weren't made up only the one bed so we had to ask for more bedding to be brought up to then make them up ourselves (the two other beds) 4 of us got poorly the day we left severe stomach cramps only this 4 of us had was the cooked breakfast our daughter didn't have it and was fine so not a good end to the trip either the resort its self is lovely but didn't have a nice vibe like the last time even the children didn't enjoy it such a shame that the highlight of our previous visit was the disappointment of this visit top tips don't buy the new magic band and if you went pre 2019 don't expect it to be like that the genie plus works but it's another added fee and the dining has really been cut down less for more but positive the skyline is great and works well and it still looks as beautiful as we remembered I think they were just to busy and struggled with the amount of people and it really showed

Amazing stay. While this hotel is not as “luxurious” as the deluxe villas or hotels it’s a incredible value and a great hotel. Our room was a 2 minute walk to the skyliner (could see the entrance from our window), two pools a very short walk away-one more kid friendly and the other more adult friendly and quiet, good food options, hammocks with beaches,a very nice playground, etc etc. The property, like all Disney properties, is immaculate and exceptionally maintained. Room was nicer and larger than a typical room at a chain hotel and spotless and well maintained. One thing to note about location. It is right on the skyliner which is great. Keep in mind that at Epcot closing there will be a huge line to get on the skyliner. Expect it to take at least 45 minutes to get back to your hotel if your closing down Epcot and then joining the line. This is still better than any other mode of transport back but it’s a much quicker ride if you don’t have the line obviously. Disney does it again as always. Great hotel!

The room was very small with outdated furnishings. Reminds you of an old motel in the 80s with a door that opens to the outside and the air conditioning under the window. Definitely not up to the expectations of a Disney hotel. Don’t waste your money!!

This was our 1st time staying in the resort. It was totally not worth the money. Our room had nacho Dorito crumbs everywhere, on the 2nd floor with no elevator, the main outlet in the bathroom didn't work, no clean towels, the dirty washcloths from the previous guests were in the shower, we waited 30+ minutes every time we ordered food in the food court. One of the main perks, getting to enter the parks early......waiting on the buses and boarding to go to other pickup locations resulted in getting there way after everyone was allowed in.

This was my second time at the Caribbean. This is a sprawling resort and depending on where your room is located, it can be a long walk to the main building or the gondola. Rooms are a good size and everything was clean. But so was the Holiday Inn we stayed at for one night on this trip. At $350 per night you are paying for the privilege of being on Disney property with some minor benefits of early admissions to the parks. The restaurant is basically a fast food setup, when you order at a station and pick up food from the kitchen, Nothing special. There are two gondola stations nearby, but it was a 15 minute walk and we wound up driving over and parking close by. Plus, the gondolas break down...I Guess pretty frequently. One time we had to divert over to Disney Studios and take a boat to EPCOT, so our 15 minute ride turned into 45 minutes. TV was adequate, wi-fi was good. We were there to go to EPCOT so we did not use the pools. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think we got enough out of the extra cost to justify a higher rating.

Me and my fiancé stayed here at the beginning of January. 1st thing when we got to our room we noticed was the bed was 2 small doubles instead of a king we agreed upon booking. We rang the reception which told us we should never have been offered one king as they only come in 2s in the room. Also, apparently these 2 beds were kings. They were not. Small doubles at best. Me and my partner tried to stay in one together the first night of which he rolled out of - that’s how small these beds were. After being told this about our beds, we noticed the carpet was soaking wet once taking our shoes off - the air con was leaking. We called again and they changed us rooms. After getting in the following evening we had new neighbours, which was a very loud crying baby. Of course baby’s cry - however - I’m a very light sleeper and these walls were so paper thin the baby may as well have been in our room. We paid extra to upgrade and move hotels. Probably good for family’s as good transport links, but not good for a quiet couples getaway. Reminded me more of a motel than hotel.

Desastre total. Muy decepcionados. Cuidado con este hotel

A gem of a resort. This was our 12 visit to Disney and the second time staying at Caribbean Beach (previously 2001). This resort has undergone a fantastic refurbishment. The room we had was in the Trinidad section and was new, clean, and superbly located. Its proximity to the small quick service place that Trinidad had meant we were able to refill our resort mugs up with hot coffee on the morning and soft drinks during the day very quickly. We were also a 10min walk across the bridge from the skyliner which was brilliant and we could be in Hollywood Studios in 10 mins. The housekeeping was excellent too and every other day our room was cleaned, new towels and my daughters soft toys arranged in the cutest way. Every single cast member we met was lovely and we had a wonderful stay. It puts some of the deluxe resorts to shame!

My family and I recently spent the week at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and had a wonderful stay. We booked with Robyn Ayers at Dream Makers Vacation Services. Robyn was extremely helpful with managing our booking and dining. She provided helpful tips and made sure we got the most out of our vacation. We picked this resort for the convenience of the skyliner which makes getting to Epcot and Hollywood Studios so easy. We were in the Jamaica section which was perfect for walking over to the main Old Port Royale area and it was a short walk to the skyliner. The bus service was great during our stay with us being the only guests onboard more than once. We loved the theming of the resort and every cast member we came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. We can't wait to return and would definitely stay at Caribbean Beach again!
