The receptionist was very considerate. The hotel's hygiene and environment were excellent. It was during the Christmas period, and the Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated. When you ordered food, you were given cute Christmas gifts in the room, tied with red bows, which created a strong festive atmosphere. I think the Four Seasons is the best hotel on Disney property. The facilities are excellent and the staff is just amazing. The staff members are very fast, very knowledgeable and on top of that always friendly and helpful. The facilities are also great, with several good options to eat or get a drink all the way to the pool area which can rival a small water park. with dedicated pools for kids or adults including a lazy river and other pools as well as several water slides.
