Die Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und ordentlich organisiert. Das Angebot an Frühstück und Essen ist großartig. Sehr freundliche Menschen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Natürlich alle klimatisiert.

A lovely family hotel. They went out of their way to accommodate us as we don’t eat meat. They cooked us a special meal of egg and chips. It’s a great place to rest on the way to eastern turkey

Personel güler yüzlü ve harikaydı
Otel çok temiz ve Bayburt geleneğinde kurulmuş bir oteldi.
Kahvaltı hakkında olumsuz bir şey söyleyemeyeceğim. Her şey vardı ve ötesindeydi. İş seyahati için Avrupa'da birçok otelde kaldım ama bu kalitede kahvaltıyı belkide bir avuç otelde bulabildim.
