Formerly an old inn frequented by travelers in stage coaches circa 1848. The building has been updated, with a new addition to add extra rooms. Food was bistro quality, which surprised us, and breakfast was good too.

My wife and I had a great time. Excellent , friendly service from the woman at check in , bar tenders and our waitress at breakfast Will definitely be returning.The hotel is close to other bars and shops. Plus a short walk to the lake , where you can take stairs down to the beach

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay again. The Inn is quaint, the staff excellent and the location is in the centre of things in Bayfield.
Our room was on the second floor, and the hike up the narrow stairs with our bags was challenging.
Our room was neat, clean and quiet. We thought the availability of Netflix was great, but the buffering made it impossible to enjoy an evening movie.

The jets for our bath tub did not work. It was hard to get ahold of front desk staff when needed. The room itself was nice, cozy and very clean. The dining staff were amazing- accommodated us having a takeout meal and were very attentive.
