A nice newish hotel. The rooms are immaculate. The staff are friendly and helpful. Walkable to the downtown. I would certainly come back to this hotel.

We stayed for about a week and didn't expect to be staying as long as we did. The staff was amazing! They were extremely hospitable given our circumstances. There were a few times we had to extend our stay and even when the majority of the hotel was booked for a wedding, they still found a way to accommodate our us. Huge shout out to Graham, Craig, Terese, Nicola, Meg, and the cleaning staff! You have a phenomenal team and we are very thankful for you all! ❤️

Booked through Choice Hotels. Confirmation said check in was at 3. Got there early hoping for a room to be ready. Was told by desk clerk that check in was at 4. Clerk was frustrated at this point from people asking to check in early. I would recommend better communication between the corporate booking website and the actual hotel. 4pm check in and 10 am check out does not leave much time to enjoy the $300+ room. The room itself was big, clean and quiet. The hotel room air was very dry in the night.

Excellent room and staff were so nice! we thoroughly enjoyed our night there. Meghan was wonderful. would recommend Comfort Inn and Suites highly. Nice to have a hot breakfast included with our room. So very clean and accessible to for us as seniors Ver quiet too.

This was a nice hotel in regard to the rooms. They were very comfortable. They were spacious and clean. The pool was closed. The breakfast was not a good experience. It was supposed to be open at 6:30am. However it was never open on time- up to 25 minutes late. The same foods were served every day. The eggs were always folded over with cheese, the meat always sasauges. The woman running the breakfast was very proficient at looking at her phone and not putting out the food. When politely adressed- she was miserable in reply. It is sad that a great hotel has such a poor breakfast experience.

We decided to take a road trip to Goderich and our stay at this hotel was perfect! From our wonderful experience with the staff to checking into our clean room, the stay was excellent. Beds and pillows are super comfortable! The breakfast was perfect too. The pool is a little cool but still great for the families. Kudos to the staff. Great job!
