We stayed four nights in room 401. Perfectly located hotel with excellent staff service. The only thing, you have other offers very close to have a cheaper breakfast. The room is large and clean. Next to the elevator but without noise. The bathroom, however, needs modernization that begins by putting other glass or something in the window, because if you can see the neighbors, they can see you too. Plugs and details are missing. But beyond that, the hotel is worth it.

The hotel is very well-located and my room had a fabulous view of the cathedral. There are restaurants nearby and the front desk was able to help with reservations.

Wonderful stay, very handy to the old town area and approx 15 mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly at check in very helpful with any directions we needed. Gorgeous vintage lift to help take the baggage up. Many places to eat nearby

Very short but very pleasant stay. The hotel is right in the center of Bayonne and everything is within walking distance! Perfect for visiting the city!

Pleasant stay at the Mercure Grand Hotel in Bayonne. This establishment is very well located, central, close to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff is very attentive and gives very good advice.
