Excellent staff, very clean and quiet, ideal location for train station. My room had everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The next street bustled with restaurants and was close to the river and the main station. I liked it, better than a chain hotel.

Hotel sencillo pero bien ubicado a 10 minutos andando del centro y muy cerca de la estación del tren. Habitación y baño no muy amplios pero resultan suficientes. Personal muy amable. Cuenta con ascensor. Hay un parking público cercano. Se oye un poco a los vecinos pero no se oye la calle. Habitación 27 en segunda planta. Recomendamos. Nos desayunamos allí . No tiene nevera.

Terrible service and rooms do not look like online pictures. Bathrooms were full of mold and overall not clean. Owner insists I did not show up thus why I won’t get a refund, however, I went into my room and turned around to leave almost immediately because of what I described previously. Moreover, ground floor bathroom was unusable and foreshadowing for the rest.

I wanted a hotel near the station and this a two minute walk. An old hotel that has been nicely renovated all clean and fresh. The room was a good size and the shower room good. Breakfast was continental and plentiful very good coffee. The staff were helpful. The reason for 4 stars was lack of hairdryer and the lift broke down although the repair man had arrived by 9.30. Bayonne is a lovely city worth a visit.

Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de Bayonne. Petit hôtel central hyper pratique avec le grand parking de la gare à côté (à Bayonne ce n'est pas un mince atout). Sans prétention mais très propre et confortable. Le personnel en plus est absolument adorable. (Ayant réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et un petit lit (j'étais venu avec 2 enfants), le monsieur m'a gentiment proposé de me surclasser dans une chambre libre avec 3 lits pour qu'on soit plus à l'aise, sans surcoût. En plus, il a offert le petit déjeuner à la plus petite. Courez-y !

Nous avons réservé dans cette hôtel très bien situé dans Bayonne. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied !
L'accueil, les chambres et le petit déjeuner était très bien.
La réactivité de l'hôte lorsque des jeunes faisait des nuisances a 2h du matin était superbe nous le remercions de nous avoir permis de changer de chambre et d'être au calme. Merci beaucoup !
