Hôtel élégant et très confortable. Sa situation en bordure du Grand Bayonne est idéale pour découvrir le centre ville. Le petit-déjeuner vaut son prix avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel est à l'écoute et aimable

Tuvimos una habitación en el ultimo piso del hotel, excelentemente decorada. El curato de baño tenia una ducha, una bañera con ducha y un lavabo aparte lo que resulta muy conveniente. El desayuno es corto pero todo estaba excelente, especialmente el jamoncillos de Bayona y el saucisson. El trato por parte del personal del hotel pudo ser mejor. Solicitamos reserva de aparcamiento y nos dijeron que teníamos que llegar al hotel para recibir instrucciones. La entrada principal del hotel esta en zona peatonal y las calles tienen barreras. Estuvimos dando vueltas durante 15 minutos. Al final aparcamos en un parking muy alejado del hotel. Al llegar nos dijeron que hay una puerta trasera con zona para paracas el coche y dejar las maletas cosa que nos podían haber advertido antes. Otro problema es que habíamos elegido el hotel porque tiene un excelente restaurante y estaba cerrado por reforma. Una pena

Pas facile d'acces avec des gros bagages ou lourd. Accueil 1er etage donc escalier. Chambre entre 2 paliers donc escalier.

Great location , really friendly and helpful staff at Reception, in the restaurant and bar! In particular the wine waitress was impressive with her knowledge of local wines and came up with a great recommendation to go with our meal . The food was delicious and not overpriced , same could be said for the wine in the bar!

Parking public avec carte, la réception m’a laissé la carte pendant mon rendez-vous client jusqu’en milieu d’après-midi, service très appréciable.
