I found your staff lazy in the front office and not friendly. -I called in the morning asking for an early check in which they denied. Then my room would probably not be ready for the 3pm check in and was pretty aggressive telling me this. Kept saying the hotel was completely booked up the night before. -The microwave was broken for the continental breakfast. They told me but neglected to put a sign on it and they could have easily used one from one of the rooms or drive 5 minutes to Walmart and purchase another one. -I was in town due to the death of my mother. The room did not have an iron and ironing board. When I called the front desk I was instructed yes, they had one, that I would need to come down and get it. 63 years old and I had to carry up the ironing board and iron myself. -I spend 3 nights there and on Sunday I asked if I could get a late check out. She said they didn’t do late check outs. I practically begged her for just an hour and she refused saying the hotel is completely booked. At this point I knew she was lying, there were a total of 13 cars in the parking lot. I had to book another hotel across the street just to get ready for my mother’s Sunday burial. -To confirm they weren’t booked I asked the lady cleaning a room on the same floor as I was leaving she advised they had not been fully booked. With 3 floors at this hotel I’m sure they had probably 100 rooms. To not help a customer not only at check in or check out I was very disappointed in the staff at your hotel and will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. -Lastly they well let me know they don’t clean the rooms daily and that if I needed more towels I would have to bring the dirty towels down to them and they would replace what I used. I had to bring my dirty towels to them each day and they gave me clean towels. Crazy to do business like this and treat customers this way.
