I scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! No room key, neighbours having their own personal rap concerts in the hallway until 3am with no help from the front desk and no breakfast. We arrived at the hotel to check in and the front desk lady (who was lovely) said that the key card machine wasn’t working, which wouldn’t have been an issue, except she said her manager would have to come and fix it later and we heard her call them both (there’s only two) and they both told her that the other was working at that time? So we weren’t able to get a key card at all for our entire stay and had to get the front desk to let us in. We also had our neighbours blasting music and singing as if they were performing for a sold out stadium until gone 3am. We tried phoning the front desk on multiple numbers that were supplied to us as we had asked the neighbour to turn the music down but they hadn’t, but there was no answer from the hotel despite them supposedly being 24 hours. We ended up getting very little sleep and felt very uncomfortable all night. In the morning, we told the front desk and they just shrugged and did not care at all. The breakfast finished at 9am and we arrived at 8:15am and there was no breakfast there except for a pile of sausages with 45 mins still to go. There weren’t even any plates or cutlery available even if there was a breakfast available. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had due to poor management and a lack of accessibility or organisation. I would not recommend staying here. Things down.

Disgusting and flooding
Room was flooding and all they put a bucket that we had to empty out in room. Went to talk to them about it and offered us a bigger bucket. We took our belongings out of the room until they could give us another room. They refuse a discount & said that we never complained about it. I have videos and pics for proof. They ended up putting us in a different room that wasn’t clean. Don’t stay here.

The room was terrible. Tiny roaches crawling arround the bathroom floor and everything was covered in hair. The pillows, sheets, floor, bathroom walls all full of hair. Even the sink when i went to brush my teeth had hair coming out of the drain since it was clogged solid. Does this place rent rooms to warewolves? That was insane.

The price is really great. The rooms are clean for the most part. My only thing is that the walls and doors could use a little wipe down. The bathroom was very clean and modern. There is also poor air circulation so it felt a little lamp which makes me worry about mold. We turned the tv on and it was really loud and we couldn’t get it to turn off with the remote but whatever. The room also had a slight urine smell but it could be the vents. These things don’t make the stay here horrible but it could be just a tad more clean and comfy. We are just here for the night so it’s not a huge deal. I love that there are plenty of dining options, stores and gas stations. It’s also pet friendly and the grass is well maintained
