Cuando llegamos al hotel nos encontramos con que hubo un fallo con las reservas y no había bastantes habitaciones, pero lo solucionaron enseguida.

Comer se come bien y barato. La limpieza diaria bien. Pero el mantenimiento del hotel está muy mal: El baño con moho como si tuviera alguna tubería rota en el techo ñ, la tapa del inodoro despellejada...

Unos auténticos ladrones y estafadores. Saqué la reserva por Booking a un precio de 122 euros dos noches y cuando hice el Check out me cobraron 160 euros. Les dije que eso no era correcto, que no coincide con el precio al que saqué la habitación. Les dió igual, me dicen que el precio marcado por habitación. Nada recomendable, no vuelvo nunca más a este hotel.

Obwohl der Preis für das Zimmer relativ günstig war und das Zimmer auch ganz ok war, würde ich dieses Hotel nicht wirklich empfehlen. Dass kein Toilettenpapier im Zimmer ist, kann passieren, aber dass am Abend auch noch das Wasser ausfällt, ist nicht akzeptabel. Noch dazu mit der Ausrede, dass das Wasser in der ganzen Stadt ausgefallen wäre, obwohl in der benachbarten Tiefgarage die Wasserleitung tadellos funktionierte. Es gibt eine hoteleigene Garage oder eine Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Está situado muy cerca del centro, aunque Baza es una ciudad pequeña y todo está cerca. Aunque la calle del hotel es zona azul, termina enseguida, y puedes aparcar en zona blanca sin problema, además los fines de semana la zona azul no funciona. El hotel es pequeñito, y tiene restaurante por si quieres desayunar o comer. La habitación estaba bien, con suelo de madera, cama de matrimonio con dos mesitas de noche, un gran armario, una mesita y una silla y televisión. Aire acondicionado, aunque con poca potencia. El cuarto de baño, con lavabo, báter, bidé y bañera, artículos de aseo y secador de pelo. El calefactor del cuarto de baño no funcionaba, y el agua con muy poca potencia, por lo que tardaba muchísimo en salir el agua caliente. Había una terraza con vistas a calle, con una mesita y dos sillas. En definitiva, el hotel está bien, pero podría estar mejor si funcionara el agua caliente y el calefactor.

Penoso, cuando te vas a duchar no sale agua caliente, y cuando preguntas , te dicen que tienen poca presión y que te esperes a que dejen de duch**** los huéspedes. Además no hay teléfono en habitaciones para poder hablar con recepción. Luego miras el agua fría y sale con mucha presión. Encima de engañarte te mienten y no te dan soluciones, y como te cobran el primer día cuando llegas no les puedes presionar.

He estado comiendo en el Restaurante del Hotel Anabel, sin estar alojada en el hotel. El restaurante está abierto al público en general, aunque no estés alojado. Tienen un menú diario por 10€ que está genial, todo muy rico. Se puede comer fuera o dentro. ¡Muy recomendable!

La olor a cloaca en la habitación era insoportable. Algún problema en las cañerías de los baños que parece ser un problema general. Nos mandaron a tomar una copa a la habitación. El desayuno consistía en una tostada con aceite y un café por 3€.
