AAnat SinouanyArrived with my handicap husband to the hotel. The door man just looks at me taking all off from the car. I bring the cart to take the luggGe and bring it inside - still he looks at me - no help what so ever even when the reception saw me - still no help
The room in a very low maintenance- sticky floor and poor bath
The parking at the hotel cost 20 euros per day
We’ve just wanted to leave as soon … so from me not recommendation - mostly because of their attitude !

GGuest UserAmazing location. Fantastic hotel with 10/10 cleanliness. The hotel staff at the bar was the best we have ever seen. They were so friendly and helpful!
The only negative is the breakfast, which did not at all align with the rest of the hotel experience. Almost no variety of hot foods, different eggs, meats, fruits. We decided to buy our own breakfast elsewhere.

RRagazziWe stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

CCatherine Lai M.S.The staff was friendly, and the location is perfect, within walking distance of Castle Brown, Portofino Lighthouse, the Piazzaetta, a flavorful seafood restaurant, Trattoria Tripoli, and a beautiful hidden gem, Baia Cannone, just down the stairs outside the hotel. It is a small, secluded rocky cove known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters. My husband enjoyed the swim in it.

GGuest UserMy stay at Manuelina Taste Hotel was fantastic, the room was spotless, very clean with nice views to a garden. Restaurant serves nice focaccia pizza and the manager went above and beyond to help, gave me a coffee while I was waiting for my taxi to Genoa. Did not have time to use the pool but it was very clean. The only downside is the location 1.5 km from Recco Station and wifi is inconsistent.

ＵＵＤＡＫＡThe smile of the woman at check-in ✅ and the service 🈂️ were so wonderful that there was no complaint. Also, one man was wonderful.

Especially, there is no plug in the room, so when I go to borrow it,
The front desk says I want you to go to the lounge and borrow it, so when you go, there is only one, so return it immediately ‼️❓
Isn't it strange? There is only one bottle opener in this hotel ❓ Obviously, the young male staff with an atmosphere that I don't want to lend is the worst ⤵️

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!
