I originally said to arrive before 18 o’clock, but Ctrip may have communicated that it arrived at 18 o’clock, plus I was a lot earlier, and arrived at 15 o’clock. As a result...there was no one in the hotel, and there was no one. I found the phone in the restaurant downstairs. After calling, the person who answered the phone immediately realized who I was (maybe because no Chinese had ever booked this hotel), she asked me to wait for 10 minutes.
