This place is perfect and convienient for business stay. Room is very clean, cosy and internet quick enough for any teleconference meeting.Indoor desingn is very elegant.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it both times. Staff very accommodating, facilities great and bar was lovely with live music.

Everything was lovely only minor things could of changed was having chips and not crisps with sandwiches for room service early evening. The juice bar no longer open in the spa that would of been lovely and the day bar staff looked less jolly then the evening.
But we're all very helpful would definitely return thank you

If inconsiderate guests keep you up all night don’t expect any help from the staff. We were kept awake until around 4am by guests arguing, shouting, slamming doors. The staff haven’t offered any type of reimbursement baring in mind we spend over £500 for the spa package for both couples not including treatments. I’ve complained that more wasn’t done to evict the guests causing trouble and keeping us up all night. This is something to consider if you’re staying during the wedding months. Our friends ordered room service which I had no idea about as we did not, apparently they didn’t charge them for room service and this was considered appropriate compensation. I was told over the phone when I called the speak to the manager to contact my friend and ask for half of the £40 they weren’t charge for the room service. Appalling customer service when we spent so much financially for the evening £100s in drinks and treatments to celebrate my birthday. What a massive let down. We were exhausted the next day. The food was nice and the rooms modern but that’s all I have to say positive.
