A beautiful period setting and courteous staff set the stage for a relaxing and explorative weekend. It's like stepping back in time with modern amenities. Great location close to the action if you'd like and close to natural settings to feed the soul, mind and body. Don't forget to look for Petosky stones and take a drive in Bay View to see amazing Victorian homes.

A lovely old world charm situated on the lake. Staff were incredibly friendly. Great value as it includes breakfasts off the menu overlooking the lake and vouchers to use toward dinner in one of three coowned establishments. If you are in a room on the streetside you may hear traffic early morning, however, it was not so loud as to disrupt our sleep. A great getaway!

Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Jacuzzi tub was big and clean. Food was amazing.

We love the Bayview Inn we go every year. It’s warm and cozy. The staff is excellent. The rooms are so much fun unique I love that. There’s not a TV in the rooms. The breakfast is always fantastic.

The staff treated you like you were welcomed home each time you came in. Great help yourself service to water, hot chocolate and coffee. Soda and lemonade were also offered.

After about 15 years of annual stays at the Bay View Inn, we had a 21-year hiatus so we can looked forward to our stay. It was lovely with same charm we remembered—enough antiques to give it character and enough updated amenities to give it comfort.

Lovely views, great food, excellent service, and an overall lovely atmosphere. Went here for our anniversary and would definitely stay here again. We love the room, the staff was very friendly and the food (breakfast at Bayview, dinner at Noggin Room Pub) was great. Thanks for making our weekend even more enjoyable than it was.
