Cant understand so many good reviews. Can only assume the reviews are from people who dont travel much. I was charged 10 pounds to check in early (like 1 hour early!) Room was very basic. Temperature control was messed up so i had to have a heater delivered to the room. Small rooms and tight passageways leading to the rooms. One good thing is the breakfast content/quality and the staff friendliness was very good. In the bed when i pulled open the sheets there were two hairs - either from the housekeeper (?) or even worse from the previous guest. Disgusting. I contacted Premier Inn Customer Service 2 weeks ago to notice them about this but still waiting for reply. In my opinon, a disappointing stay here.

First visual impression was poor, plenty of parking, warm welcome at reception. Rooms and corridors look tired and heating not very good. Room was clean. Breakfast was cooked to order, so very good, and attentive service

Had a great 2 night stay while visiting family. Cannot fault anything from staff to the rooms and breakfast. Very close to another very similar Premier Inn (Milngavie) which for some reason is usually more costly. The rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need.

I really enjoyed our time at this Premier Inn. The staff was supremely kind and helpful, just awesome customer service. They went out of their way to make our family comfortable. The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great. I’d definitely stay here again when in the area and recommend it to others. In fact, it was recommended to me by a family living in the area who had stayed several times.

We had a comfortable stay. I want to especially mention the helpful receptionist. She had to both man the desk and also help out with breakfasts when the girl who was cooking came under pressure with numbers waiting to be served (they were maybe short-staffed).

We have stayed at several Premier Inns over the years, and this one in Bearsden was certainly as good as any of the others. The location, for our meeting friends in a local restaurant, was the prime reason for choosing this specific Inn. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The pub and restaurant anoint the hotel was busy with a mixed crowd of adults 20’s to 70’s watching the rugby and or enjoying a meal out. Also several families who seemed to be well looked after. As we were dining elsewhere, we only had a couple of drinks. Good ambience & reasonable prices. I did notice a couple of unoccupied tables tables with dirty glasses. However that was probably due to the bar being very busy and, dare I say understaffed which undoubtedly be a financial decision from head office. Service was certainly efficient and quick enough. If visiting friends in the area again, we would probably stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife to attend a sporting event. We have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Friendly and efficient staff, good parking facilities, good access to the west end and a leisure centre nearby. Everything was as it should be and also very good value for money.

This is a lovely hotel with the most welcoming and friendly staff. The bed was very comfy, the bath was lovely and the water really hot at all times. The room was clean at all times. The breakfast room is lovely and breakfast is a good variety and well cooked. The pub next door is also very good. We had a super time over the Chris**as holidays for our 4 night stay. Highly recommend.

Myself and my wife have stayed at this location more than 10 times now and will definitely be returning in the future. The rooms are always spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Pub next door does excellent meals. Highly recommend.
