位置相當不錯， 歷史古鎮， 這是家族自己經營的酒店，老闆非常不錯， 可以安排當地出租車、 當然需要自費哈！當地人非常樸實，服務態度很好，英語基本交流OK，多半是西班牙語。

Espléndido hotel de cuatro estrellas donde el servicio y la atención es fantástica. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, la cama con un colchón muy bueno, me he alojado en una habitación con cama king size. Las vistas da un castillo antiguo de la época medieval junto a un lago que lo cruza. Es un hotel con un diseño bastante moderno sobre una arquitectura antigua, sus dueños muy agradables con una atención muy personalizada, muy recomendable.

Fantástico lugar donde descansar y comer. Los propietarios están al pie del cañón dándolo todo para que los clientes se sientan a gusto. El edificio forma parte de un conjunto monumental con mucha historia. Las habitaciones y zonas comunes del hotel cuentan con todo lo necesario.

El hotel está en un entorno muy bonito, es pequeño y acogedor. Arantxa e Ivan lo dirigen actualmente único personal del hotel junto con un camarero, nos comentan que el resto del personal está en erte por la situación, trato amable y cercano. Desayuno en la cafetería servido por ellos, hay que avisar a qué hora de desayuna para que ellos estén en la cafetería para prepáralo. Aun entendiendo la situación tanto las instalaciones, como las habitaciones necesitan una limpieza y mantenimiento bastante a fondo. Buscabamos un hotel 4 estrellas que es por lo que pagamos y encontramos un hotel que a pesar de que la intención por parte de los propietarios es buena, no da el servicio de un hotel, en los tres días únicamentese los hizo la cama, los baños estuvieron con las mismas toallas aun estando en el suelo y sin limpiar durante toda la estancia. Tampoco entendimos que tuviéramos que avisar de la hora a la que desayunar, normalmente te dan un tramo horario y tu desayunas cuando te apetece. Deberían de informar de su situación cuando se realiza la reserva a veces no solo vale la intención aunque es de agradecer pero cuanto menos cuando la situación actual requiere de mucha higiene y control.
