It was a good experience overall. Rooms were clean and tidy . Washrooms had a proper sanitary .

Staffs are not helpful, rude and not friendly. Housekeepers are not very good at their job. Good things about this place are location and breakfast.

Water was dripping above our room the entire night our last night. We tried on several occasions to tell someone at the front desk and there was no one there every time we looked. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Dirty None on site to help out Breakfast was all out and no one to replace any food or help NO help or assistance ! Rooms smell like smoke Walls were chipped and disgusting

Unfortunately it was not a food experience ! Rooms were dirty Lack of lining Terrible breakfast and no one was there the help out ever ! Our door security hinge was loose we let them know and they didn’t care it eventually locks us out and we could get in They did they are minimum to help I will be requesting some sort of refund !

Staff were never at the desk or answered the phone. Rooms were cleanish but lots of holes in the wall from old pictures and furniture. I would only stay here again if I absolutely had too. 2-3 star at best.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had (and I travel extensively for work and pleasure). I understand that it this is an economic hotel but you should have a functioning toilet in the room. We reported this immediately as soon as we checked in and asked for a different room and we denied, but we were told that it would be fixed immediately the next morning so we had to use the bathroom in the lobby until then. The next day they never fixed the bathroom and the front desk still had no new room for us. They also never fix the toilet so we had to stay stay there for two days and use the lobby bathroom the entire time. I was traveling with a young child. Upon check out, I complained and let them know that the toilet wasn’t functioning and they could not care less. I was told I would get a call from the manager, but they never called me back. I called back the next week to speak to somebody and they had no record of anything being wrong with the room and had no idea that there was a, broken toilet in their facility. I don’t know what kind of game these guys are playing but this is a ridiculously shady hotel. DO NOT EVER BOOK! By the way, we were here for an annual dance competition BTS which brings a lot of business for this hotel every year around mid April. I will be reaching out to all the local studios and the dance competition to let them know about our experience and put this on the do not book list.
