Wonderful hotel, I liked everything, the pool is super, the beach with sun loungers, the service is excellent, everyone is trying, there are a lot of shops and food in the area for every budget

The overall value for money is high and the rooms are good. It is a resort. The beach sand is very soft, but there will be no hot water for bathing and power outages. Meals are also good. It is quite cost-effective among five-star hotels.

First and foremost, the hotel location is breathtaking. It is located on a beach called 
”Beau Vallon” which literally translates to “beautiful valley”. The food at the hotel was very good, especially the room service (club sandwich recommended). Friendly staff, expensive bar and room service, which is expected in a hotel.
Hotel was very clean, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The internet at the hotel was good for a remote island, so don’t expect 20-30mbps speeds. If you want to get the full island experience i suggest you rent a car, taxi’s aren’t cheap.
This hotel also has the biggest pool on the island.
Overall great experience, would totally recommend this hotel if you can afford it !

4 power outages in one night, so the air conditioning also failed. We called reception each time and waited 30 minutes until a technician solved the problem for a few hours. We couldn't sleep that night because of the heat. Because I complained the next morning, we were offered a free late checkout and our room was swapped (same category)...at least.
Otherwise both rooms were unkempt (insects on the coffee counter and coffee machine) and pretty smelly.
There were dead insects (cockroaches) in the hallways.
At breakfast outside, insects were again scattered all over the dining tables. The inside was better.
Luggage collection when checking out was not offered at all, and we didn't ask for it either because we had to wait over 30 minutes for the pickup staff when we swapped rooms and ended up carrying it ourselves.
The furnishings in the room were pretty worn overall. Limescale deposits and moldy rubber seals in the shower.
Overall, this facility does not deserve 5 stars, but at best 3 stars (according to Seychelles standards).
