Stayed in the hotel for twelve nights. It is a very comfortable hotel. Most of the rooms have sea views. The soundproofing is also very good at night. The breakfast in the hotel is also very good!

Excellent, cleanliness and comfort, the breakfast included in my reservation in the form of a very good and varied buffet, free reasonable late check-out (2:00 p.m.)
The negatives: check-in one hour wait, slight delay in cleaning the rooms daily, no airport-hotel and hotel-airport transfer shuttle.

Good hotel, great location, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist Jacintha and Gihan always greeted with a smile and friendly. A big appreciation / thanks to Gihan who was very accommodating and helpful in all our questions etc Bar staff friendly and very polite, service with smile. The Indian Tandoori restaurant food is tasty with big portions. Anil, Nawaj and Babu, friendly and polite, accommodated to our spicy taste in food.

We arrived at the hotel on April 21st 2024 and we were very warmly welcomed by Gihan and his front of house reception team. We checked in and our luggage was taken up to the room by one of the helpful staff. The room was very clean, spacious and had a good, working air con unit. The hotel is situated on the beautiful Beau Vallon beach! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they went above and beyond for us, especially Gihan. The ladies on reception were extremely helpful when we needed information and they were so friendly and always took the time to ask how we were and if we were having a good day. The staff in the restaurants and bars were also very friendly and helpful and welcomed us warmly. I have never received such a high standard of friendliness and customer service. Gihan and all of the staff in the hotel, restaurants and bars were exceptional. I didn't manage to get all of their names but along with Gihan, Jacinta and Kumidu I wish to say a very special thank you to everyone who works at the resort. It was a pleasure to meet you all! Gihan - your customer service and kindness is something I have never experienced before. You made our stay at your hotel extra special and I send you my heartfelt thanks for everything you did for us. We had a fabulous time at the Berjaya and we will definitely be returning!! L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, bella piscina con vista sul mare! C'è un vasto buffet, un bel ristorante sempre con vista sul mare ed un ristorante cinese. Personale estremamente disponibile e gentile ed in particolr modo la Signora Tasiana Docteur(responsabile delle relazioni( che parla perfettamente italiano!!

Ein 3 Stern Hotel welches in die Jahre gekommen ist und zu wenig daraus gemacht wird. Nicht sehr sauber. Liegestuhl Matten schmutzig nicht gepflegt, Stühle selbst sehr alt und vergriffen, alles klebrig und unsauber. Auf den Zimmern muss man um frische Hand- und Duschtücher betteln. Ebenfalls um das Toilettenpapier. Es wird geputzt aber nur oberflächlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist dürftig. Frisches abwechslungsreiches Obst eher mangelhaft. Diverse Kaffeemaschinen werden während dem Frühstück nur sporadisch kontrolliert nachdem sich bereits eine Menschenmenge angesammelt hat, weil man entweder das Wasser auffüllen musste, den Satzbehälter leeren oder sonstiges damit die Maschine funktioniert. Die Tische und um das Buffet waren immer schmutzig und es wurde während des Frühstücks nicht sauber gemacht. Das chinesische Restaurant in der Anlage können wir empfehlen. Die „Pizzeria“ geht gar nicht die dürfte diesen Namen gar nicht tragen. Wir haben eine Tunfisch Pizza bestellt - bekommen haben wir etwas mit einem kartonartigen Boden und Thunfisch drauf, welcher nicht gerade gut und frisch gerochen hat. Wir haben das bei der Serviceangestellten bemängelt und sie meinte nur sie seien halt keine Pizzeria sie tun ihr bestes 😳 auch eine Antwort 🤷♀️ Die Angestellten insgesamt waren unterschiedlich freundlich - zum Teil genervt 😒 - man sah dass hier die Freude an der Arbeit fehlt. Schade für das Hotel an einer so tollen Lage
