I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Here are the advantages and disadvantages for your reference.
Advantages:
1. Not far from the train station, walkable, about 500 meters away from the airport tram, convenient transportation
2. Right next to the busiest avenue in Nice, Notre Dame is at the door, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk along the road to the beach
3. The room is quite large, more than enough for 2 large suitcases
Disadvantages: Not along the coast, about 15 minutes walk to the beach and the old town of Nice
If you want to stay in a sea view room, don't consider this one. If you want to go to the train station and the airport for convenient transportation, this one is fine.
