The receptionist's attitude was very bad. I was a guest and asked if I could do laundry in the afternoon. The blond female receptionist said that my stay was too short and she wouldn't do it. She didn't stay the next night and sat in the reception area for a while. The male receptionist kicked me out directly. It was still raining outside.

Coming to MYS, this hotel popped up during my search. Amazing stop, no regrets! The staff was super nice, the reception team was welcoming, the rooms were brand new, and the breakfast view was breathtaking! next time i'll be booking for family stuff, as now was only business.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour personnel au soin petit déjeuner excellent propreté au top nous allons toujours dans les best western et nous ne sommes jamais déçu je recommande et recommanderai encore cet hôtel qui ai selon moi un des meilleurs hôtel

Très peu habituée à faire des commentaires suite à nos nombreux déplacements, il me semble nécessaire dans le cas de cet excellent établissement de partager avec tous ceux qui liront ces quelques lignes, notre expérience dans ce bel hôtel de Menton. Tout d’abord, très belle vue face à la mer Et, puis, et surtout, toutes les petites attentions qui vous sont proposées: Citronnade, cakes à l’accueil à votre disposition toute la journée. 2 petits déjeuners dont un à 7€ pour les petits mangeurs avec boisson, fruits et viennoiserie, ce qui est très rare. Les frigos des chambres sont réapprovisionnés gratuitement chaque jour, Accueil très sympathique, prêt à vous aider et répondre à vos attentes, ce qui est également de plus en plus rare. Propreté +++ Restauration non testée, Enfin, merci à l’équipe locale pour ce sans faute et, bravo au Groupe Best Western de privilégier une approche très qualitative et personnalisée pour ses clients.

Entspricht in allen Belangen und Erwartungen voll und ganz dem Internetauftritt. Exzellente Lage. Beim Betreten des Zimmers sensationeller Ausblick, einfach Wow-Effekt. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Minibar-Getränke (Softdrinks) im Zimmer kostenlos. Am Tag Softdrinks, Kaffee und Kuchen in der Lounge kostenlos. Supertoll der Zitronenkuchen !!!!! Sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der gebuchte Parkplatz direkt am Hotel stand ohne Probleme zur Verfügung. Auch der Restaurantbesuch war zur Zufriedenheit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

First sentence how the check in staff at the hotel greeted to welcome me was “It’s pretty early to check in”. Rooms are very, very tiny and as a BestWestern Diamond Select member was not offered any kind of room upgrade whatsoever - lower ground room next to the check in desk. When keeping the window open all cigarette smoke coming in from smokers who smoke outside.

Не соответствует 4* . Комнаты убирают поверхностно, в комнате ползали муравьи. Завтрак на 3* максимум . Для тех кто не слишком придирчивый как я, возможно всё понравится. Шикарный ресторан находится внизу, но не знаю относится ои он к гостинице.
