Living locally we often visit Beaumaris, the weather was good today and we fancied a drink just sat on the terrace overlooking the pier. Firstly the wait at the bar is always long and never a pleasant experience there’s either not enough staff or they are trained to ignore you. It’s pricey to say the least so if you’re paying top dollar you expect top service and an experience to match. There’s a seagull problem locally now that’s not the hotels fault but you would expect them to clear away tables outside quickly to try and help the issue. Not at all it’s like a running buffet for the gulls at tables not cleared away and the terrace is nothing but filthy it needs a good jet washing and should be swept daily… great location let down by nothing short of laziness from the management.. come on get it sorted it could be so much better

Just here for drinks really, but the menu has good choices, the hotel itself needs a bit of TLC it's quite dark in some rooms. Staff were helpful and there's disabled access. We enjoy visiting this hotel every time we are here, has a welcoming charm about it.

We have always used this place for coffee and breakfasts. Well what a shock won’t be returning. Staff don’t look clean and not attentive. The place looks grubby. Staff so unfriendly and simple orders are wrong. This place used to be lovely and a pleasure to visit.

The bed was very large and the room very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was 5 star beautiful. Only down side was the piano music was so loud we cauld not have any conversation we did ask for softer music and on the last day this was played and it was soft.

We booked the Inland Suite knowing that a view was not on the cards. The suite is quite dated with the fireplace and bathroom tiles but the space it gives is great. We loved our super king size bed on the mezzanine. A very happy stay in a customer led environment .

Booked a room with views of the Menai Straight and Snowdonia which was covered in snow. Hotel was very warm despite the weather. Excellent breakfast as well.

Stayed here and rate it excellent, apart from the £20 per night they charge for dogs! The hotel is beautiful, the service and staff are great, the food excellent and the whole place lovely and clean. I did speak with the manager who explained they have to charge £20 to ensure the whole place is kept clean throughout

Stayed with a group of friends on a walking holiday. Facilities grand and beautiful. More importantly, the staff were friendly and super helpful. Our breakfast was delicious and enjoyed our time in the bar in the evening. Highly recommended
