Wow - a long time since we experienced such friendly and good service. From the moment we pulled up outside the door - our car was unloaded taken away, parked and charged. Restaurants booked by the exceptional reception team. Highly recommend

近くにたくさんミシュランのレストランンもあり、カフェも充実して小さな町ならではのリラックスした時間を過ごせました。ホテルのお部屋も可愛らしくて綺麗です、スタッフも親切でした。毎日アメニティもウォーターもホーヒーも補充されて良かったです。

Wer klassische alte Häuser liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Mitten im pittoresken Weinzentrum Beaune liegt dieses ehrwürdige Hotel, dem es indes an modernem Komfort keineswegs fehlt. Unser Zimmer ist nicht gerade groß, aber gut ausgestattet. Wir fühlen uns wohl. Einerseits schade, daß es im Haus kein Restaurant gibt, andererseits bietet die Stadt - alles zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen - eine Fülle von gastronomischen Angeboten jeder Kategorie. Der Empfang ist liebenswürdig, wie es sich für Hotels der besten Klasse gehört. Die Preise sind natürlich etwas „gehoben“.

Ótimo hotel, atendentes e funcionários prestativos e gentis, principalmente o Michel, localização excelente e ótimo restaurante, contudo, quartos muito antigos e o sistema de climatização é muito ruim. Tivemos um problema com o carro (pneu furou) e o hotel super nos ajudou.

Très décevant ! Désagréable surpris par ce 5 étoiles qui n'en mérite pas 3 ! Propreté de la chambre, qualité de l'hébergement, toilettes non insonorisés dans la chambre, coupes et verres en plastique dans la chambre. Manque d'hygiène, pas très détente...... le sauna a chercher à l'extérieur des locaux, à côté du parking. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Dommage pour ce bâtiment atypique et plein de charme qui attend une rénovation et un coup de peps. Vieillot et vétuste

It’s an expensive hotel who charges extra for breakfast which wasn’t very good. Nice location but you can find better. Value elsewhere

Je viens de passer 5 jours dans cet hôtel. L’équipe Spa est franchement super, par contre le Lunch Box et l’hôtel sont vraiment à éviter. NE PRENEZ SURTOUT PAS LA FORMULE TOUT COMPRIS, C'EST DE L'ARNAQUE! J'ai été intoxiqué (= malade 2 nuits) par leur "nourriture", ma chambre à 240€/nuit était juste à coté d'une autre en rénovation (eh oui...) donc bruit pendant la journée. Lors de mon départ, j'ai signalé tous les désagréments, zéro écoute ni geste commercial... J'en pourrais en rajouter, un seul conseil : N'Y ALLEZ PAS!
