Hôtel situé près de l'autoroute, parking sécurisé, chambre propre et literie de qualité, mais l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. Bon repas du soir. Dommage que le verre de bienvenue lié à notre statut ne soit strictement limité à 1 personne (dans certains hôtels de la marque, 2 verres sont accordés, ce qui est naturel quand on voyage en couple) et limité à une eau, soda ou une bière pression quelconque - donc pas de vin par exemple, au coeur de la Bourgogne, c'est mesquin). Par contre, grosse déception pour le petit déjeuner : glacial (au sens propre et figuré), peu alimenté (pas d'oeufs/bacon, fromage,...), pas d'accueil ! (un groupe de Chinois ne parlant ni français, ni anglais ont été aidé par d'autres clients...le comble), tout cela alors que le petit déjeuner est censé être prêt dès 6h30 (il était 7h20 !).

Ne prévoyez surtout pas un repas pour un grand groupe aucune organisation service déplorable les tables sont débarrassées avant même que les clients soient servis !!! A fuir ! La salle est bruyante Les serveurs sont débordés et ne sont pas du tout organisés

A very friendly welcome at the reception and an immediate response to our request to change rooms after we found out that the bathroom light did not function. Comfortable beds, perfect breakfast and a good dinner completed our stay. See you again.

Stayed here before. 2 minutes from the A6. 20 walk to the centre of Beaune. Great staff, good rooms and a staggering good meal.

J'ai passe une nuit dans cet hôtel proche du centre ville et de l’accès à l'autoroute. L'accueil est sympathique et l'enregistrement rapide. La chambre est dans les standards de la chaine. Le restaurant propose une cuisine élaborée et bien présentée. Le service est rapide.

Très bon accueil comme d’habitude, personnel sympa, bon repas comme d’habitude et bien accueillis par le chef et la petite serveuse sénégalaise. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain voyage en 2024.
